Freedom Target Planning Tools

The Freedom Target Progress card holds four planning tools. Each one runs on your real numbers, so the answers are specific to you.

How to use it

1. Contribution Simulator: drag the slider to see how a different monthly contribution moves your freedom date in real time.
2. Path to Freedom: see the stacking volume required to hit your goal and a table of acceleration cycles showing how stack-on-stack growth shortens the timeline.
3. HELOC vs IBC: enter a flip amount and an interest rate for each funding source to see in dollars which costs less for that deal.
4. Flow Health: follow a diagram of Income to IBC/Investments to Cashflow to Freedom, with a health checklist and a breakdown of capital by type.
5. Click Edit Goal any time to update your Monthly Freedom Goal.
