Forward Statements by Email

Coming soon. Every account gets a private intake address. Set up one mail filter so the statements you already receive are forwarded there, and VestmentPulse reads each one, works out what changed, and holds the update for you to approve. No Gmail or Outlook permissions, no forms, and nothing is saved until you say so.

How to use it

In Settings, copy your private intake address. It is unique to your account; treat it like a password.
In your mail app, add a filter: messages in the label or folder where your statements land get forwarded to that address. Gmail asks you to confirm the forwarding address once; the confirmation code shows up in Settings so you do not have to hunt for it.
When a statement arrives, VestmentPulse reads the message and any PDF attached and prepares the update: a new cash value and death benefit for a policy, a new balance and due date for a card, or a payment received on an investment.
You get a notification. Open Pending Updates, check the numbers against the statement, and approve, edit, or dismiss each one.

Good to know

Nothing changes in your portfolio until you approve it.
Statements are read and then discarded. VestmentPulse keeps the numbers, never the document.
Scanned or photographed statements cannot be read. Forward the digital copy your carrier emails or lets you download.
Until this ships, paste or attach the statement in Claude or ChatGPT with the AI Connector and it records the same update.
