How to use the AI Advisor to model financial scenarios and get personalized strategy guidance.

What is the AI Advisor?

The AI Advisor is a financial scenario tool powered by Claude AI. It has full context of your portfolio, policies, freedom number, and cashflow — so its answers are specific to your actual situation.

How to use it

  1. Click AI Scenarios in the sidebar
  2. Start a conversation by typing your question or scenario
  3. The AI responds with analysis, projections, and recommendations

    4. Example questions to ask

    • "If I add a $50,000 mortgage note at 10% yield, when will I hit my freedom number?"
    • "Which of my investments should I pay off first to free up the most cashflow?"
    • "How much would my freedom date move up if I increased my monthly IBC premium by $500?"
    • "Model a scenario where I use a policy loan to fund a new investment"
    • "What's my biggest cashflow drag right now?"

    Conversation history

    Each scenario is saved as a named conversation. You can return to previous conversations or start fresh. Previous conversations appear in the left panel.
